Meet Kim

The heart behind Kim’s Kitchen ♡

Hi, I’m Kim!

With 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry and another 20 years in the corporate business world, I’ve finally found a way to bring the best of both careers together into something of my own: Kim’s Kitchen.

Coming from a large family, I’ve spent years preparing meals that accommodate a variety of food allergies, dietary needs, and personal preferences. It’s something I’ve always taken great pleasure in doing—because I believe everyone deserves to enjoy delicious food, regardless of their dietary restrictions.

My gluten-free sourdough journey began nearly three years ago. After countless recipes, dense loaves, and gummy results, I was determined to create something better. Through patience, persistence, and plenty of experimentation, I developed a sourdough bread with a lighter crumb, wonderful texture, and delicious flavor.

Today, my artisan sourdough breads are gluten-free, dairy-free, slow-fermented, and made without tapioca.

Kim’s Kitchen is where my professional experience, creativity, and love of feeding people come together.

Real Ingredients. Amazing Flavor. ♡
